Our Health Services

VicKey is a partnership between the Victorian Government Department of Health and public health services across the state. Health services use VicKey to contact patients for three reasons:

• Planned Surgery Audit - Health services use VicKey to send patients a text message (SMS) with a link to complete a short survey. This is for patients who are on a preparation list for a planned surgery.
• Digital Health Questionnaire - Health services use VicKey to send patients a text message (SMS) with a link to create a VicKey account and complete a digital health questionnaire.
• Specialist Clinic Audit - Health services use VicKey to send patients a text message (SMS) with a link to complete a short survey. This is for patients who are on a waitlist for a clinic appointment.
